Fat-Free Fried Green Tomatoes
- 13 cups Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Pepper
- 1/2 cups Plain Non-fat Yogurt
- 2 whole Green Tomatoes
- Non-stick Spray
- Combine bread crumbs and spices in a shallow dish or bowl.
- Slice tomatoes into 1/4 inch slices and coat with yogurt.
- Dredge tomatoes in the crumb mixture.
- Spray a cold skillet with nonstick spray and heat over medium heat.
- Add tomatoes and cook for a few minutes on each side, until crumb coating starts to brown.
- Serve immediately with a dollop of plain yogurt.
