Fat-Free Fried Green Tomatoes

  1. Combine bread crumbs and spices in a shallow dish or bowl.
  2. Slice tomatoes into 1/4 inch slices and coat with yogurt.
  3. Dredge tomatoes in the crumb mixture.
  4. Spray a cold skillet with nonstick spray and heat over medium heat.
  5. Add tomatoes and cook for a few minutes on each side, until crumb coating starts to brown.
  6. Serve immediately with a dollop of plain yogurt.
