Mexican Chicken Salad
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. picante sauce
- 1 peeled garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 8 oz. OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Southwestern Seasoned or Grilled Chicken Breast, chopped
- 1 cup chopped fresh tomato
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup sliced green pepper
- 8 TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Flour Tortillas
- 4 medium oranges
- 4 On-the-Go packets
- 4 bottles of water, 20 fl oz
- Mix mayonnaise, picante sauce, garlic and chili powder in large bowl.
- Add chicken, tomatoes, cheese, onion and green pepper; mix lightly.
- Divide salad equally and serve with 2 warm tortillas per person.
- Enjoy an orange per person for dessert.
- COMBINE CRYSTAL LIGHT On-the-GO packet with bottled water per package directions.
- Serve each person 1 water bottle with their meal.
