Cheesecake Topper

• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
• 10 graham crackers, broken in half (20 squares)
• 1-1/2 cups fresh raspberries

1. Beat Neufchatel cheese and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
2. Stir in whipped topping.
3. Spread 1 Tbsp.
4. of the Neufchatel mixture onto each graham square just before serving.
5. Top with raspberries.
