Salty Garlic Butter Hot Pot with Pork and Cabbage

  1. Melt half the butter in an earthenware pot.
  2. Stir fry the garlic (sliced) until fragrant.
  3. Stir fry the pork until browned.
  4. Add the * ingredients and bring to a boil.
  5. Skim off the scum, add the salt and black pepper, and adjust the seasonings to taste.
  6. Add the cabbage (cut into bite-size pieces) and boil.
  7. While it's boiling, add the remaining butter and it's done.
  8. Dip in ponzu sauce and enjoy.
