Crab Meat Marlee

  1. Heat flour and butter in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat.
  2. In another pan, bring Pet milk to a slow boil; add the flour and butter mixture.
  3. Stir until thickened.
  4. Mix 1 cup cream sauce, escargot, pepper and salt in a large saucepan over low heat until warmed through.
  5. Add shrimp and crabmeat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve over angel hair pasta.
