The Best Granola Bars Ever
- 1 cup Rolled Oats (half Ground In Food Processor)
- 1/4 cups Raw Pepitas
- 1/4 cups Raw Cashew Pieces
- 1/4 cups Millet
- 2 Tablespoons Raw Sunflower Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Oat Groats (Bob's Red Mill Or Other)
- 2 Tablespoons Flax Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Seedless Raisins
- 2 Tablespoons Dried, Unsweetened Cranberries
- 5 whole Dried Turkish Apricots
- 13 cups Brown Rice Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Raw Honey

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. 2.
- Mix all ingredients except apricots, brown rice syrup, peanut butter, coconut oil, and raw honey in a large bowl.

- Put the apricots into a food processor and process until they ball up.
- 4.
- Add brown rice syrup, peanut butter, coconut oil, chopped apricots, and honey into a saucepan.
- 5.
- Heat mixture over medium-low heat, until heated through.
- 6.
- Add heated wet mix to dry mix and stir to combine ingredients.
- 7.
- Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and add granola bar mixture.
- 8.
- Flatten the top with your hands or a rubber spatula.
- 9.
- Put the dish into the oven.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove dish from oven, set it on a rack and allow to cool before cutting.
- 10.
- Cut into 8 bars.
