Grilled Sweet Potato Slices

  1. Prepare stove-top grill, and spray with nonstick pan spray.
  2. Arrange potato slices on grill, and grill until brown on one side; turn and brown on other side, until potatoes are tender.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
