Grilled Sweet Potato Slices
- Nonstick pan spray
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut in 1/8-inch thick slices
- 18 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Prepare stove-top grill, and spray with nonstick pan spray.
- Arrange potato slices on grill, and grill until brown on one side; turn and brown on other side, until potatoes are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
