Strawberry Fluff

  1. Mix gelatin and boiling water in 4-cup glass measuring cup; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  2. Add enough ice cubes, stirring until ice melts, so mixture equals 2 cups.
  3. Put any remaining ice back in freezer.
  4. Place gelatin mixture, sour cream and strawberries in blender.
  5. Process until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Pour into 6 stemmed glasses, dividing equally.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap.
  8. Refrigerate until set, 3 to 4 hours.
  9. Garnish each with fanned whole strawberry.
  10. Makes 6 servings.
