Raw Tuna Snackers on Daikon

  1. Slice the tuna into 16 1/4-inch-thick rectangular pieces.
  2. Mix the tamari and wasabi together and combine thoroughly.
  3. Pass the tuna slices through the soy mixture and dot the tuna slices on both sides with a pile of sesame seeds.
  4. Place each piece of tuna onto a slice of daikon or red radish and top with a few pieces of sliced scallion.
