Crustless Quiche Recipe

  1. Crumble bread into LARGE mixing bowl and soften in lowfat milk.
  2. Add in lightly beaten Large eggs and cheese.
  3. Stir in ham and spinach.
  4. Ladle 3 inches deep into shallow baking dishes, coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till golden and solid.
  6. 150 servings.
  7. Broccoli or possibly asparagus may be substituted for spinach.
