Fried Squid
- 1 bunch squid tentacles
- 1 each egg
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- Heat your oil to 360.
- Whip your egg and add in your buttermilk.
- (this is a good place to add salt)
- Dredge the squid through the egg and buttermilk and then through the bread crumbs.
- I usually do this twice with a final pass through flour.
- Fry until golden.
