Fried Squid

  1. Heat your oil to 360.
  2. Whip your egg and add in your buttermilk.
  3. (this is a good place to add salt)
  4. Dredge the squid through the egg and buttermilk and then through the bread crumbs.
  5. I usually do this twice with a final pass through flour.
  6. Fry until golden.
