• 1 1/2 c. Water/Lowfat milk
• 2 Tbsp. Fruit juice concentrate
• 1/4 c. Honey/Maple syrup
• 1/2 tsp Salt (1/2 to 1)
• 2 Tbsp. Vital gluten (2 to 4)
• 1 c. seven or possibly nine grain cereal
• 2 c. Whole wheat flour
• 1 c. Bread flour
• 2 tsp Active dry yeast
