Baked Cream Cheese Appetizer Recipe
- 1 pkt refrigerated crescent rolls (4 ounce.)
- 1 pkt cream cheese (8 ounce.)
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 1 x egg yolk beaten
- Unroll dough on lightly floured surface; press together seams to create a 12 X 4 inch rectangle.
- ESprinkle top of cream cheese with half of dill; lightly press dill into cream cheese.
- EPlace cream cheese, dill side down, in center of dough.
- ESprinkle cream cheese with remaining dill.
- EEnclose cream cheese in dough by bringing sides of dough together, pressing edges to seal.
- EPlace on lightly greased cookie sheet; brush with egg yolk.
- EBake at 350 degrees 15 to 18 min or possibly till lightly browned.
- EServe with assorted crackers.
