Two Crust Pineapple Pie Recipe

• 1 lg. can pineapple, crushed
• 1 c. sugar
• 3 tbsp. cornstarch
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• Crust for two crust pie

1. Mix first four ingredients together.
2. Blend well.
3. Pour into unbaked pie shell, cover with top crust.
4. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 min, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 35 min longer.
