Marshmallow Shamrock JELL-O Cups
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 12 JET-PUFFED STACKERMALLOWS Marshmallows
- Green food coloring spray
- 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- Optional: green candies and gold sprinkles
- In a medium size bowl, mix 1 cup of boiling water with gelatin mix; stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
- Stir in cold water.
- Pour 1/2 cup gelatin liquid into each mini dessert glass.
- Refrigerate for four hours or until firm.
- Dip mini heart cutter into water; punch heart out of marshmallow.
- Repeat for all 12 marshmallows.
- Lay hearts on a paper towel about 3 inches apart from each other.
- Evenly spray heart marshmallows with green food coloring spray can.
- Make sure to cover sides as well.
- Set aside to dry for 30 minutes.
- Once dry, arrange three hearts into the shape of a clover.
- Repeat with remaining hearts to make a total of four clovers.
- Top each dessert cup with 2 tbsp whipped topping.
- Place clover on top of each cup.
- Use spoon to help clover stay propped up if needed.
- Optional: Add green candies or gold sprinkles to make it more festive.
