Radish Asparagus Salad - Evelyn Sharpe

  1. Bring 6 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add Asparagus, cover & boil 3 minutes.
  3. Drain & immediately place sparagus in ice water.
  4. Drain & pat dry.
  5. Transfer to large bowl, add radishes & seeds.
  6. Place dressing ingred.
  7. in a jar with lid.
  8. Shake.
  9. Pour over & toss to coat.
  10. Serves 6.
  11. 2/3 cup equals 73 calories, 6g fat, 1g saturated fat.
  12. 0 cholesterol, 28mg sodium 5 grams carbs, 1g fiber, 2g protein.
  13. Diabetic exchanges 1 vegatable 1 fat.
