Melone e Prosciutto
- 1 cantaloupe
- 1/2 lb. prosciutto, thinly sliced
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Deseed, slice melon into wedges and remove rinds.
- Wrap 1 slice of prosciutto around each melon wedge.
- Lightly dust with fresh ground pepper and serve immediately.
