Curried Cauliflower

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
  2. Place cauliflower in a steamer over 1 inch of boiling water, and cover.
  3. Cook until tender but still firm.
  4. Drain, and place in a greased casserole dish.
  5. In a large bowl, mix together soup, mayonnaise, milk, and curry powder.
  6. Pour over cauliflower.
  7. Sprinkle crushed saltines over cauliflower.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
