Whole-Wheat Sesame Tortilla

  1. Whisk the egg white until slightly foamy, and brush over the tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the tortilla, and cut it in eighths.
  3. In a toaster oven, toast the tortilla wedges until they begin to brown and crisp, for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the oven.
