Whole-Wheat Sesame Tortilla
- 1 egg white
- 1 large whole-wheat tortilla (nonfat, if possible)
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds (black if possible)
- Whisk the egg white until slightly foamy, and brush over the tortilla.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the tortilla, and cut it in eighths.
- In a toaster oven, toast the tortilla wedges until they begin to brown and crisp, for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the oven.
