Cream of Wheat Buscuits
- 1 12 cups semolina flour
- 12 cup cream of wheat
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 beaten egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 13 cup margarine
- 23 cup condensed milk
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine ingredients in a bowl.
- Knead 20-30 times.
- Place dough in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from freezer and lay on a floured surface.
- Cut out buscuits with a cookie cutter or juice glass.
- Place on a greased baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
