Harvest Pumpkin Pie Recipe

  1. Blend honey, lowfat sour cream, pumpkin, spice, salt and cornstarch with electric mixer till smooth.
  2. Mix in Large eggs.
  3. Pour into pie shells and sprinkle nuts over top.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 min or possibly till knife inserted near center comes out clean.
  5. I use 2 regular Pet Ritz frzn pie shells and this fills the 2 shells.
