Carrot & Raisin Salad Roll-Up

• 1 flour tortilla (6 inch)
• 2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Pineapple Cream Cheese Spread
• 2 Tbsp. shredded carrot
• 1 Tbsp. raisins

1. Spread tortilla with cream cheese spread.
2. Top with carrots and raisins; roll up.
