Mocha Au Lait Mix

• 34 cup instant coffee creamer
• 13 cup packed brown sugar
• 12 cup instant coffee crystals
• 23 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
• shaved semisweet chocolate (optional)

1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine creamer, brown sugar, coffee crystals, and chocolate pieces.
2. Package prettily for giving or store mixture in a tightly covered container.
3. Mixing Instructions:.
4. pour 2/3 cup boiling water in a blender container.
5. Add 1/4 cup of the mix.
6. Cover tightly; blend until well combined and frothy, (Or beat with a wire whisk or electric mixer).
7. Pour into a mug.
8. If desired, top with shaved chocolate.
9. Makes 2 cups mix.
