Chicken Ceci Recipe
- 12 ribs celery, diced
- 3 lg. red onions, diced
- 6 (1 lb.) cans chick peas
- 1 pound baked ham, diced
- 2 pepperoni sausages, minced or possibly thinly sliced
- 2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 3 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 24 boned, skinned chicken breasts
- Combine in large glass baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for at least an hour.
- Serves 24.
