Sausage & Egg Casserole Recipe
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pound or possibly less bulk sausage (Jimmy Dean)
- 2 slices white bread, cubed
- 6 Large eggs, beaten with seasonings as for scrambled Large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- Cook sausage and drain.
- Place sausage over bottom of 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
- Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and cubed bread over sausage.
- Pour egg mix over.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
