The Best Spinach and Artichoke Dip
- 1 package Frozen Spinach
- 2 cans Artichoke Hearts
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 3 cloves Garlic, Crushed
- 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Jarlsburg Swiss Cheese, Shredded
- Salt
- Pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove spinach from package, heat in microwave for 5 minutes.
- Squeeze dry.
- Drain artichoke hearts, pour into a large mixing bowl.
- Stir, mashing with spoon until they are broken apart and chopped up.
- Add, mayo, sour cream, parmesan cheese, spinach, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir to combine.
- Pour into a greased casserole dish.
- Top with shredded Jarlsburg cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- Enjoy!
