The Best Spinach and Artichoke Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Remove spinach from package, heat in microwave for 5 minutes.
  3. Squeeze dry.
  4. Drain artichoke hearts, pour into a large mixing bowl.
  5. Stir, mashing with spoon until they are broken apart and chopped up.
  6. Add, mayo, sour cream, parmesan cheese, spinach, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Stir to combine.
  8. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
  9. Top with shredded Jarlsburg cheese.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes.
  11. Serve with tortilla chips.
  12. Enjoy!
