Crunchy Chicken Salad Sandwich
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed (1in cubes)
- 12 cup celery (1/4in slices)
- 12 cup cucumber (1/4in slices)
- 13 cup radish (1/4in slices)
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 small sandwich buns
- lettuce
- in large bowl stir together all ingredients except rolls and lettuce.
- cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
- spread on rolls, garnish with lettuce.
