Morning Banana Split
- 1 medium banana
- 1 container (4 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese Snack Size
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 2 low-fat cinnamon graham crackers, broken into quarters
- Cut banana crosswise in half, then cut each piece lengthwise in half.
- (You will have 4 banana pieces.)
- Place 2 of the banana pieces in each of two small bowls; top evenly with the cottage cheese and strawberries.
- Insert 4 of the graham quarters into each serving.
