Morning Banana Split

  1. Cut banana crosswise in half, then cut each piece lengthwise in half.
  2. (You will have 4 banana pieces.)
  3. Place 2 of the banana pieces in each of two small bowls; top evenly with the cottage cheese and strawberries.
  4. Insert 4 of the graham quarters into each serving.
