Bourbon And Beef Roast Recipe

• 4 x potatoes quartered
• 2 x carrots cut 3" pcs
• 2 x celery stalks cut 1" pcs
• 4 lb rolled roast - (to 5 lbs)
• 1 x bay leaf
• 1/2 tsp basil
• 4 ounce bourbon
• 1/4 c. water

1. Put all in crockpot in the order listed.
2. Cover and cook on LOW 10 to 12 hrs.
