Chocolate Dipped Candy Recipe

  1. Heat butter till soft, add in vanilla.
  2. Mix the sugar, nuts and coconut well before adding the butter, lowfat milk and vanilla.
  3. The mix will be stiff.
  4. Chill for a few min.
  5. Roll by hand into small balls and place on wax paper.
  6. The next day heat 18 ounces of lowfat milk chocolate chips and 1/4 lb.
  7. of paraffin wax in a double boiler.
  8. Pierce the candy balls on a toothpick and dip in the warm chocolate mix.
  9. Place on wax paper.
  10. When done, go back and fill each toothpick hole with a swirl of chocolate.
  11. Store where cold.
  12. Makes about 80 pcs.
