Indian Bhel Puri

  1. You can find all of these ingredients at your local Indian store, and the chutneys can be made at home.
  2. Start by heating a skillet on medium-low heat.
  3. Add puffed rice and gently toast for a few minutes, shaking the pan as it toasts.
  4. To a mixing bowl, add everything but the lemon juice.
  5. Gently stir and mix, ensuring that the chutneys are mixed in well.
  6. Sprinkle on the lemon juice.
  7. Now you are ready to serve.
