Peanut Butter and Jam Delight
- 2 cups cold fat-free milk
- 3 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 1/2 tsp. water
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam or preserves
- Add a small amount of the milk to peanut butter in large bowl; beat with wire whisk until well blended.
- Gradually add remaining milk, beating until well blended.
- Add pudding mix.
- Beat 2 minutes or until well blended.
- Stir water into jam.
- Spoon about 1/4 cup of the pudding mixture into each of 4 dessert dishes; top with 1/2 of the jam.
- Repeat layers.
- Garnish each with a small spoonful of additional jam, if desired.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
- Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
