Pineapple-Lime Smoothie

  1. Puree pineapple chunks with mint leaves, lime juice, and ginger in blender until mint is finely chopped.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, and blend until smooth.
  3. Stir in chia seeds and honey (if using).
  4. Let stand 5 minutes to thicken.
