Sinfully Delicious Green Enchiladas Recipe
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 can green enchilada sauce
- 1/2 pound Longhorn cheese, grated
- 2 lbs. hamburger
- 1 minced onion
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- Brown meat and rain.
- In top of double boiler, combine soup, lowfat milk, Velveeta cheese, and sauce.
- Cook till cheese melts.
- Into each tortilla, add in meat, onion, and grated cheese.
- Roll into enchiladas.
- Pour sauce over.
- Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees.
