Moroccan Salad

  1. Cut orange into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine in a large bowl with carrots, radishes, cilantro and onion.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, juices, cinnamon, cumin and white pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
  5. Serve chilled.
