Summer Sunshine Muffins
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 packages (9 ounces) yellow cake mix
- 1 packages (8 1/2 ounces) corn bread/muffin mix
- In a bowl, combine eggs, water, milk and oil.
- Stir in both mixes and mix well.
- Fill greased and floured muffin cups half full.
- Bake at 350F for 18 to 22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes.
- Remove from pan to wire racks.
- *This recipe makes about 14 muffins.
