Aunt Bev's Hominy

• 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can yellow hominy, drain well
• 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can white hominy, drain well
• 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies
• 16 ounces sour cream
• 1 lb monterey jack cheese, grated

1. Mix the first 4 items together and put in a baking dish.
2. Top with cheese.
3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
4. Serve with your favorite chili.
