Grilled Avocados on Toast

  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over avocado halves.
  3. Place face down on grill.
  4. Let cook 35 minutes and remove.
  5. Scoop out avocados using a spoon and then slice.
  6. Take a piece of toast and place a several avocado slices on the toast.
  7. Using a knife, gently smash and spread avocados.
  8. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
