BBQ Chicken Pizza-licious
- 1 whole Pre-made Store Bought Pizza Dough (enough For One Large Pizza)
- Olive Oil, For Drizzling On Dough And Pan
- 1/2 cups Kansas City-style BBQ Sauce (Guy Fieri's Is My Personal Fav!)
- 1/2 whole Rotisserie Chicken, Pulled Off Bone And Shredded
- 1 package (6 Oz.) Sliced Provolone Cheese
- 1/2 whole Red Onion, Sliced
- 2 whole Hot Cherry Peppers, Sliced
- Salt To Taste
- 1/4 cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro

- Oil a pizza pan and stretch out pizza dough to fit your pan.
- (This may seem impossible, but it CAN be done.)
- Drizzle more olive oil on the dough and add a little salt.

- Mix 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce into the pulled rotisserie chicken meat.
- 3.
- Spread reserved 1/4 cup BBQ sauce onto pizza dough.
- 4.
- Cover the sauce with the provolone cheese slices.
- 5.
- Add chicken, red onion slices, and red cherry peppers (for your husband who only likes to eat spicy things.)
- 6.
- Bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes until cooked throughout.
- 7.
- Take it out of the oven, drool over the tasty smell, and add chopped cilantro to the top.
