Mexican Sour Cream Enchiladas Recipe

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients, mixing till smooth.
  2. Fold in cheese, chicken and onions.
  3. Add in 1 heaping Tbsp.
  4. filling sauce mix on a tortilla and roll up.
  5. Place side by side in baking pan.
  6. Pour and spread remaining sauce over enchiladas.
  7. Serve with more salsa.
  8. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min.
  9. Serves 8 to 10.
