Microwaved Flower Shumai
- 200 grams Pork mince
- 1/4 Onion
- 20 Shumai pastry
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
- Mince onion.
- Combine the minced meat, onions, and all condiments and knead with your hands until sticky.
- Form 9 to 10 balls.
- Cut the pastry into about 5mm strips and loosen.
- Spread out the shredded pastry and place the meat balls on top.
- Roll them around to coat with the pastry.
- Spread out parchment paper and align the shumai in a circle, then wet the pastry with a mister.
- Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 5 minutes at 600W.
