Ray's Southern Sausage & Gravy

  1. add milk & cream to a pot scald the milk set aside.
  2. start by browning your sausage with onion flakes.
  3. cook down remove from pan set aside.
  4. leave atleast 2tbspn of fat in there.
  5. now to pot add flour making a rue, add your scalded milk & all seasonings, add sausage back in stir till thickened.
  6. serve over biscuits.

ground sausage, flour, kosher salt, onion, black pepper, parsley flakes, couple, sage, milk, heavy cream
