Eggrolls

  1. Brown meat in oil and set aside.
  2. Saute garlic until golden brown; add onion.
  3. Cook until done, add meat, then carrots. Continue stirring until half done, add green beans.
  4. Cook until half done; add cabbage, celery and water chestnuts.
  5. Season with salt, soy sauce and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook until half done.
  7. Remove from heat and put in strainer to drain.
  8. Let cool.
  9. Put filling in wrappers following instructions on package.
  10. Deep fry until golden brown.
  11. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
