Easy Free-Form Caramel Apple Pie

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Microwave caramels and milk in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  3. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after each minute.
  4. Cool 5 min.
  5. Meanwhile, unroll pie crust on parchment-covered baking sheet; roll into 12-inch round.
  6. Spread cream cheese onto pie crust to within 2 inches of edge; drizzle with 1/2 the caramel sauce.
  7. Arrange apple slices over crust, overlapping as needed to form even layer.
  8. Dot with butter; drizzle with remaining caramel sauce.
  9. Fold edge of pastry over apples, leaving center uncovered.
  10. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  11. Bake 25 to 30 min.
  12. or until apples are tender and crust is golden brown.
  13. Cool completely.
