Tuna Corn Bake Recipe
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (9 1/4 ounce.) can tuna, liquid removed
- 1 (8 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes (reserve 3 tomato pcs)
- 2 c. crumbled corn chips
- 1/2 green pepper, sm. minced (about 1/4 c.)
- 2 teaspoon instant chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- Dash of garlic salt
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix soup, tuna, tomatoes, 1 c. corn chips, green pepper, onion, chili pwdr and garlic salt in greased 1 1/2 qt casserole.
- Sprinkle cheese and arrange reserved tomato pcs in center.
- Sprinkle 1 c. corn chips around tomatoes.
- Bake, uncovered till bubbly, about 30 min.
- 8 servings.
