  1. Marinade the meat with orange juice salt pepper basil cinnamon ginger powder chily powder few hours in refrigerator
  2. Boil meat with onion and garlic 15 minutes
  3. Heat oil in wok and add brown sugar melt and then fry the ribs 10 minutes,add ginger slice, add soy sauce oyster sauce black vinegar stir fry for 10 minutes, add water, add bell peppers and white part from green onions, simmer down for half hour
