Twice baked potatoes

  1. Preheat oven 350 F
  2. Slice bacon into 1/4 slices and cook over med.
  3. Heat for 10 minutes or until crisp
  4. Slice green onions
  5. Chop potatoes into cubes
  6. Place potatoes, stock, and onions into dish.
  7. Microwave covered for 12 minutes, stirring halfway through
  8. Add yogurt, bacon, salt, and pepper.
  9. Coarsely mash and mix until well blended.
  10. Sprinkle with cheese
  11. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes
