Homemade Guacamole
- 6 avacados
- 3 limes
- 5 scallions
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1/2 bunch mint
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pinch smoked paprika
- Cut avocados in half and remove stones
- Use large spoon to scoop out avocados into a bowl.
- Behold the avocado graveyard
- Squeeze limes into bowl, add salt, and use whisk to mash avocados.
- This will be hard at first but the acid and salt will help break down the flesh and keep it from turning brown.
- Chop scallions.
- Try to do them finely but it's your guacamole and your life; do it your way.
- Chop the cilantro and mint together and smell the goodness.
- Add the fresh goodness to the creamy avocado meat.
- Add pepper, smoked paprika and work those muscles mixing it up.
- Make sure you season to your taste.
- Scoop into a pretty mess and devour.
