Chilli Con Carne with Nachos

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan and saute the onion and garlic until softened.
  2. Add the beef and cook over a moderate heat until browned.
  3. Stir in the spices and cook a further minute then add tomatoes and vinegar.
  4. Simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Add the kidney beans, capsicum, salt and pepper and simmer uncovered 5 minutes, or until the capsicum is just tender.
  6. Serve with Nachos In a Biskit*.
