Fried Curry Beef Balls

• 250 grams Beef Mince
• 1 Egg
• 6 tbsp Flour
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 2 tsp Salt
• 1 tbsp Curry (to taste)
• 2 cup Sunflower Oil

1. Mix all ingredients (Except Oil).
2. Add water till mixed ingredients make a dough.
3. Roll into bitesize balls.
4. Fry in oil till brown outside.
